Callisto is an application that greatly facilitates work with installers, vendors, citizens and administrators and provides a complete overview of the business. The roles available are: super admin, admin, fitter, warehouseman, seller, team leader, worker and construction admin. Super admin has all possible rights in the application and can access all pages. The admin has a certain limitations when it comes to deletion of some items, access to certain pages, company finances etc. Fitter can only see the tasks scheduled for current day as well as the construction sites if they are assigned to him. He can change the status of tasks, add devices and equipment that it has mounted or returned and upload images or videos from the field. The warehouseman sees only the warehouse pages and can only dispose of the goods in the warehouse assigned to him. Sellers can only see their customers who they insert into the program, send a request to the administrator, and the administrator approves the installation or returns the request to the seller. The seller receives notifications on his panel if he has any returned requests, in order to eliminate the irregularities as soon as possible. A team leader is the leader of a certain group of sellers, and sees all their customers, and can also act as a seller. The worker can see the construction sites assigned to him and change the status, add materials he spent and construction works he applied and upload pictures and videos from the construction site. The construction site administrator sees all construction sites related to his area and has all rights to modify and delete. At the beginning of the development, the application was focused on the network installation, and later it was developed in the direction of construction, so it is now possible to run construction sites as well. The program has several main sections:
Database section is used by vendors to keep customer records before importing into the sales section. In this part of program, it is possible to monitor expiration of client contracts.
A sale is a section where vendors send requests to the administrator to insert client into assembly section or return it back to the vendor to correct irregularities.
Assembly is the basis of this program. Administrators assign clients to fitters who see all those clients scheduled for the current day. When the fitter mounts equipment, or leaves the status ‘gave up on assembly’, he clears his client list from the dashboard. The administrator can compile a report and evaluate the fitter for each client. Administrators can use program to print various types of contracts, work orders, etc. with one click.
Construction is a section in which construction administrators assign construction sites to workers or fitters. And they can monitor consumption of equipment, the cost of works, finances, etc.
In the financial part, salaries can be calculated for all employees in accordance with the needs of the company that uses this application.
Callisto shows statistics of installation, intervention, sales, use of equipment, worker ratings, etc.
The whole program is dynamic, so administrators can add all items (statuses, packages, reasons for intervention, currencies, places, warehouses, etc.) through the management section.
There are two types of warehouses. Assembly warehouse and construction warehouse. They work in almost the same way. Fitters or workers can only install the equipment which is assigned to them. It is possible to print delivery notes, return receipts and reverses from the warehouse.
Phobos (fobos) is a program intended for managers whose clients are legal entities. This application is directly connected to the Callisto application. Managers keep records of legal entities, add, change, assign statuses, while administrators can manage the administration, ie. add new users, create new accounts, import data, etc. This application is primarily intended for MTS (Serbian Telekom) agencies.
